1 Chest: With your arms at your sides, place the tape measure under your arms and go around the largest part of your chest and shoulder blades.
2 Waist: Find the natural crease in your waist by bending to one side. Walk around your waist in relation to this natural crease, keeping a finger between the tape and your body to ensure a comfortable fit.
3 Hips: join your feet and then go around the widest part of your hips/buttocks with the tape, about 7 to 8 inches (17.75 to 20.25 cm) below your waist.
4 Handle: With your arm bent and your hand on your hip, place the tape measure at the base of your neck (at the middle of your back), and move it down to your wrist, across your shoulder and up your arm.
5 Inseam: For full leg pants, place the tape along the inside of your leg, from the crotch to about 1" (2.5 cm) below the ankle.
1 Bust/Chest: with arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the chest and across the shoulder blades.
2 Waist: find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.
3 Hips: with feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 in (17,75 to 20,25 cm) below your waistline.
4 Sleeve: with arm bent and hand on hip, place tape measure at the base (center back/CB) of your neck and follow along the top shoulder and arm to the wrist.
5 Inseam: for full-length pants, run tape measure along the inside of your leg, from just below the crotch, to about 1 in (2,5 cm) below the ankle.
